Met een Daiquiri in de hand en wat Jamaicaans soul food op de menukaart, o.a. Jerk Chicken - Het vlees wordt met een rub of marinade ingesmeerd en direct boven de kolen geroosterd. In de Jerk marinade worden Scotch Bonnet pepers gebruikt. Deze pepers zijn heel erg heet! Want als je, zelfs na uitvoerig je handen wassen, in je oog wrijft dan zul je dat niet snel vergeten!!! En ook op andere delen van je lichaam zul je de uitwerking voelen! Zeg niet dat je niet gewaarschuwd bent!

En met een avond vol gezelligheid, dansen op de reggaeritmes van Jamaica: het meest relaxte vakantieritme ooit. Jah-man, respect, no liquid Sunshine
